What personal data we process

Through the enquiry form we process your full name, e-mail address, phone number (if provided), the content of your message and the name of the product you are enquiring about.

For technical reasons we also process the IP address from which the form was submitted – it is used solely to protect the website against spam and misuse of the form.

Purpose and legal basis of processing

We process the data from the enquiry form in order to handle your enquiry and the related communication, i.e. to take steps prior to entering into a contract under Art. 6(1)(b) of the GDPR.

We process the IP address on the basis of the controller's legitimate interest in securing the website under Art. 6(1)(f) of the GDPR.

We do not use your data for marketing purposes, we do not send commercial communications and we do not sell or pass your data on to third parties for their own purposes.

Data retention period

We keep personal data for the time necessary to handle the enquiry and any follow-up communication, but no longer than 3 years from the submission of the form. After that, the data is deleted.

Recipients of the data

The data is accessible only to the controller and the web hosting provider that ensures the technical operation of the website and e-mail. We do not transfer data to third countries outside the European Union.

Cookies

The website uses only technical cookies (a session cookie) necessary for the proper functioning and security of the enquiry form. We do not use any analytical or marketing cookies, which is why the website does not display a cookie banner.

Your rights

In connection with the processing of personal data you have the right of access to your data, the right to rectification or erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and the right to object to the processing.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, which is the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (www.uoou.cz).
